In 2004, Arnie Reyes finished directing his short film Sticks & Stones and sought out an editor to cut his film into a Trailer while the film was being edited.  I took him up on the offer and put together, what I think is, a pretty awesome trailer for a short film.

Arnie and his production company, Floppy King Productions, has since gone on to produce the major budget Austin film The Sno Cone Stand, starring Tony Sirico (“The Sopranos”) and Morgan Fairchild (“Falcon Crest”).

In 2002, I made my first movie trailer.  My brother and his wife needed to go Christmas shopping, so they asked me to baby sit their kids while they hit the stores.  Not being a boring uncle, I decided to make a movie starring my nieces and nephews.  That was almost eight years ago, but we still watch the movie every Christmas and get a kick out of it.  Of course, the kids are getting older now and developing wise-cracking attitudes.  Maybe they’ll appreciate it again in another 8 years.
